🦸‍♀️✨ It’s Superhero Showcase Time!!! ✨🦸‍♀️

A huge THANK YOU to all of these incredible women, amazing kids, and supportive husbands who spent last night helping transform the gym and make today possible. Events like this truly take a village, and we are so grateful for every person who gave their time, energy, and muscle to help bring our Superhero Showcase to life!

And Theresa Heaney… I’m still trying to figure out how, with FOUR grown men standing around, you somehow ended up being the one climbing the ladder! 😂 Thank you for always stepping up and getting the job done!

We are so lucky to have such an amazing gym family. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and support. We couldn’t do it without you! ❤️
