With the 2026 pulling season coming up fast and our books filling up fast, we'd like to get conformation on on your dates for the 2026 season

We will be hosting our annual meeting to discuss the 2026 Missouri State Fair on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, MO in the Administration Building conference room west of the Mathewson Exhibition Center. Please enter thru gate 6a off of Clarendon Rd. As always if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to any of us listed below.

Below are the times for each meeting, please read carefully to make sure you are attending the correct meeting:

10:00am – Pull day Sunday 8/16 – Association Pulls
1:00pm – Pull day Wednesday 8/19 – Antique Tractor, Mini Trucks, and NWMTPA Non Turbo Tractors
2:00pm – Pull day Thursday 8/20 – Garden Tractor / Mini Rod
