After being off due to rain for a week and a half the Yote boys showed up to ball today!!

Game 1 Dom started off on the Bump goimg 3 innings giving up 3 hits, 3 runs (1 earned) and 3 Ks, 5 walks. Sylar threw 1 inning in relief giving up 0 hits, 0 runs, 2 Ks and a walk. Sylar, Clyde, Hunter and Buzzy each with 2 hits...Hunter with 2 big doubles! Alden, Ayden (Double) and Cam each with a hit!Joey, Hunter and Buzzy each with 3 RBIs, Sylar, Moose and Cam each with 1 RBI a piece! Solid defense as well with Blake throwing a kid out at home and Clyde solid behind the plate!

Game 2 Sylar came back to pitch going 4 innings giving up 3 hits, 0 runs, 3 Ks and 3 walks! He pitched a gem! Joey came in for an inning in relief giving up 2 runs (1 earned) with 1K and 1 walk! The bats were alive with the boys amassing 18 hits! Alden and Buzzy each with 3 hits...Buzzy with 1 double! Moose, Blake, Cam and Hunter each with 2 hits...Cam with a double for one of those hits, and Sylar, Clyde Dom and Noah each with 1 hit! Buzzy and Noah each had 3 RBIs, Alden and Cam each with 2 RBIs, and Clyde Blake and Hunter each with 1 RBI a piece! We are proud of their performance today putting the at 10-2 in MABA and 11-5 overall for the spring/summer season! The growth is obvious and the hard work is paying off!

The Yotes are back in action next Sunday in Catonsville vs The Cubs before they head to Tennesee to compete in the Baseball World Series! Thank you to our sponsors Pile Septic Service LLC , Mt. We have another birthday today too! Happy 12th birthday to Joey "Peanut" Mason! Joey is an OG Yote and we have gotten to see him grow into a big time player since the age of 6! Joey brings his own swag and always has a funny face to make! He steps up to deliver in big spots whether on the mound or at the plate and we are glad he is a Yote! We hope you have the best birthday today and cant wait to see what you do in your bright future ahead! Hopefully this rain goes away and we can get back on the field! Happy birthday to one of the men behind the scenes, Tim Ware! Tim is our Treasurer and he is one of the founding members of our organization! He does an excellent job making sure our finances are in order and that the Yote boys have the funds to do all the fun things they get to do! He also runs our Gamechanger! Its also fitting that his birthday falls on Memorial Day this year as Tim is a Huge history buff, and a History teacher! Alot of his interest is with wars of the past and he even wrote a book called "Maryland In The French & Indian War". Thank you Tim for all you do...we hope you have a great day and we love ya! 🤘💜🤘💜
