🕵️‍♂️ THE TRUTH DETECTIVE LEADERSHIP SEMINAR! 🛡️

Our students became Truth Detectives as they learned how to separate facts, preferences, opinions, and fiction.

Each student created their own Confidence Shield as a reminder to:

🔎 Ask questions
🔎 Look for facts
🔎 Think for themselves
🔎 Never let someone else’s opinion decide who they are

Strong leaders do not believe everything they hear. They slow down, look for the truth, and respond with confidence.

We are incredibly proud of the focus, creativity, and leadership our students demonstrated today. These are skills that will help them at school, at home, with friends, and throughout life.

The HOW Is Why So Many Kids Stop Trying

Your child doesn't wake up one day and decide:

"I don't want to be confident."

They don't choose to be shy.

They don't choose to avoid challenges.

And they certainly don't choose to believe:

"I can't do it."

What they're really saying is:

"I don't know HOW."

And to a child's brain...

Not knowing how can feel exactly like not being able.

When a child doesn't know how to make friends...

they become quiet.

When they don't know how to handle failure...

they avoid trying.

When they don't know how to speak in front of others...

they tell themselves:

"I'm just shy."

When they don't know how to believe in themselves...

they begin borrowing the opinions of others.

This is why confidence cannot simply be taught.

It must be experienced.

A child has to step onto the mat nervous...

Try something difficult...

Fail...

Try again...

And discover:

"Wait a second... I CAN do hard things."

That's where confidence begins.

Not in certainty.

But in courage.
