What a great night for Smithfield! Through the hard work of Emily Shurick developing the Buddy Blades program for her senior project, the Town ice rink will now have adaptive skating equipment for kids with differing abilities. This has all come together with the strong support and help from our favorite people at Ability Bridge Foundation! Thank you for all the love, support and the generosity of our donors! Please come out and celebrate with us!

We hope you can join us on May 9th from 5:00–6:30 PM at the Smithfield Ice Rink to see our adaptive seals hit the ice! Come enjoy a fun evening of skating, inclusion, and community as we work together to create a more welcoming space for individuals of all abilities.
