Results Fromm Districts 2025:

Hubbers represented us well!
Madey McKean placed 4th in pole vault with a jump of 9’6!

Justin Dunn finished 8th in the 400m with a new pr.

Ellie Yeager finished 13th in the 100m hurdles, in a tough field.

The boys 4x400m relay team—Will Peterson, Maddox Dickerson, Justin Dunn, and Cole Walker—finished 8th place with a new PR.

Results from Varsity NTL:

Girls finished in 4th beating OV, OE, Sheffield, and NOPO. Coudy finished 1st, with Port Allegany 2nd, and Cameron County in 3rd.

Girls had 10 top 6 finishes:

Ellie Yeager placed top 5 in ALL 4 of her events!

Results from tonights Jr. High NTL:

Teams who attended: SM, CD, PA, CC, OE, OV, and NOPO.

Boys finished the season with 16 top 6 finishes, including 5 firsts. They were led by Reuban Howard, who placed in the top TWO in all four of his events (two firsts and two seconds)!

1st: 4x8 (Reuben, Trent, Darien, Silas), 4x4 (Ethan, Lukas, Trent, Reuben), Ethan Gifford (100m), Darien Peterson (3200m), and Tony Dudley (110h)
2nd: Ethan Gifford (200m), and Reuban Howard (800m, 1600m)
4th: Lucas Kaziska (200m, 100m), Trent Howard (800m, 1600m), Silas Locke (HJ), and Gavin Frey (PV)
5th: Silas Locke (LJ)
6th: Lucas Kaziska (LJ)

Others with first were Mara Ours (4x8), Lila Costa (4x8), Lelah Lane (4x8), Kaylee Edgar (4x8), Matt Benson (4x8), Dom Dudley (4x8), Cole Walker (4x8), Ellie Yeager (100h), Alyssa Ayers (Javelin), Kaylee Edgar (1600m), Hannah Hines (400m), Nick Learn (shot put), and Justin Dunn (400m).

Justin Dunn (400m) and Ellie Yeager (100h) hit district qualifying times! That makes three athletes heading to districts, with one more opportunity for others to qualify at the NTL meet this Friday at home. Come support our Hubbers this Friday!

Results from the Coudersport Invitational:

Madey Mckean took 2nd in pole vault, breaking her previous school record she recorded on Tuesday, with a jump of 9-6!

Alyssa Ayers took 2nd in Javelin!

Others finishing in the top 10 were Hannah Himes (8th in 400m), Kaylee Edgar (10th in 1 mile, 8th in 2 mile), Ellie Yeager (8th in 100h), Vinnie Costa (10th in 110h), Isaac Bailey (10th 800m), and Maddox Dickerson (10th 200m).

The 36th annual Johnsonburg Jr. High Invitational was their largest ever, with 464 athletes competing. On another cold day, our hubs showed great effort and represented us well!

Aubrey Dickerson placed 2nd out of 15 pole vaulters with a 1 foot pr!

Jude Rothermel placed 5th place in the 100m out of 47 sprinters.

The Boys 4x8 (Trent Howard, Reuban Howard, Silas Locke, Darien Peterson) also took 5th out of 11 teams with a new pr.

Several other pr’s to be proud of. Way to go Hubs!

Girls won 86-52
Boys won 95-48

Hannah Himes (100m, 4x4, 400m, 200m) lead the girls with a quadruple!! Madey Mckean (High Jump, 4x4, Pole Vault), and Alyssa Ayers (Javelin, 4x4, 100m) followed with a triples. Also with wins were Lelah Lane (4x8, 800m), Ginni Smith (4x8), Lila Costa (4x8), Karleigh Watson (Shot Put), Macy Smith (Long Jump), Jenna Goodman (Discus), Ellie Yeager (4x4), and Kaylee Edgar (4x8).

Girls lost 58-91
Boys lost 44.5- 103.5

Maddox Dickerson (400m, 200m, 4x4) lead the boys with a triple! Will Peterson followed with a double (Triple Jump, 4x4). Also taking a win in the boys 4x4 were Haydn Riekofsky, and Cole Walker.

Results from tonight’s Jr. High home meet against Johnsonburg:

Boys were lead by Reuben Howard (4x8, 1600m, 3200m) with a Triple! Followed by Jude Rothermel (4x4, 200m), and Trent Howard (800m, 4x8) with doubles. Also finishing in 1st were Lucas Kaziska (4x4), Ethan Gifford (4x4), Lucas Himes (4x8), Tony Dudley (4x8), and Silas Locke (4x8).

Girls were lead by Shelby Fair (LJ, Javelin) with a double. Aubrey Dickerson also took a first in Pole Vault.

Jude Rothermel also set a new Jr. High School Record in the 200m! SEVERAL personal bests were made in the cold tonight!
