After 7 years of coaching in Slippery Rock, daily group classes officially restarted today at Vector Fitness & Nutrition.

Today: Power Up at 6 am + Functional Fire at 5 pm.

Two formats, every weekday at 6 AM and 5 PM, Saturdays at 9 and 10.

✔️ Functional Fire — Functional Fitness

Coach-led. Beginner-friendly. Scaled to where you are.
