Exercise Spotlight: Physio Ball Hamstring Curl 🔥

Don’t let the simplicity fool you, this exercise is a great way to build hamstring strength while also challenging your glutes and core.

By keeping your hips elevated and controlling the movement throughout each rep, you’re training stability, coordination, and strength all at once.

Strong hamstrings are important for running, jumping, lifting, and helping to support healthy knees and hips.

Give these a try on your next lower body day and focus on quality reps over speed!

As we spend time with family, friends, and our community this weekend, we’re grateful for the freedoms made possible by those who served.

Skater Squat 101 🏋️‍♂️

The skater squat is a single-leg squat where the non-working leg hovers behind you, building unilateral strength, balance, and control.great

Works: quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, plus core and hip stabilizers

How:
Shift weight onto one leg, lift the other behind you, sit down and back with an upright chest, keep the heel flat, let the back knee hover near the floor, then drive up with control.

Cues: slow descent • tall chest • core tight • knee tracks over toes

Scale:
Easier - use support or limit depth
Harder - add load, slow tempo, pause, or elevate front foot
