Lifestyle Balance…
I get asked a lot of “I’m trying to lose weight what should I cut out”
The answer is and always will be CALORIES.
You don’t need to cut out any specific food group (ie carbs), or your favorite “desserts”.
Life is a lot more enjoyable when you can achieve your goals while enjoying your favorite foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Starvation won’t work for long term results and it will make you hate “dieting”. Make it a lifestyle, and find the right balance and what works for you 💫
