We have the weights, bars, and benches for warm ups.

I’m inviting all my friends and lifting buddies for across the nation to come.
If you have lifted in one of my meets before…you know I will make it fun…

Tell all your lifting buddies to come. It doesn’t matter if you are a First time lifter… or Master Lifter this meet will be fun and challenging.

As always You vs You…we know we don’t lift to place. We lift to see how well each one does. All lifters cheer for each other.

Many age and weight divisions to enter. Classes are Natural or Open.

We will have the BEAST on hand to take pictures with. Spider-Man will be at the meet also for pictures…

All lifters will get to tour my Haunted Basement and 1895 Opera House.

I will be also doing Live Animal Programs after the meet…plus more events!

This meet will be a fund raiser for the 1895 Opera House. So bring the family and spend the day in Sleepy Eye Minnesota.

Grizzly Canyon Antiques will be open after the meet. Please support our sponsor.

And lastly this will be Brent’s last Powerlifting meet. I have been trying to stay competitive with myself the last 44 years of powerlifting. I have 524 medals and trophies just from Powerlifting since 1979. But it is time to step away. So I hope to see everyone in Sleepy Eye Minnesota June 3 2023.
