🏒❄️ Long Post Alert – Tournament Update! ❄️🏒

The hockey gods continue to test us with less-than-ideal weather, but we’re pressing onward! The official schedule for the Sleepy Eye Pond Hockey Classic 2026 is ready and posted below, and we couldn’t be more excited for another outstanding tournament.

All players are asked to be registered and ready for a rules meeting inside the main tent by 9:00 a.m. We’ll once again have full concessions and a bar on site, all located inside a large, heated tent to keep everyone comfortable throughout the day.

Teams are strongly encouraged to bring a heated shelter for warming up (fish house, camper, etc.). Designated parking will be available for all warming houses.

Once the final puck drops, the action continues indoors with live entertainment at the Sleepy Eye Event Center. As past attendees know, this is truly a community-wide event, and we welcome everyone to join us for both the tournament and the concert.

This year we are going to have designated Fish house/camper/warming house parking on the event grounds. If you would like to bring your "shelter" out there early we can get you parked.
