▪︎ The team is taking the day off, although you'll likely see many of them around getting a workout in, this is a reminder that the desks are CLOSED Monday so please let them enjoy their well deserved day off!

▪︎ 24/7 access is for current active members only. If your membership is not active, you will not be able to access the facility. If you need to renew, please stop in or call your gym today by 1pm!

🚨 SKOWHEGAN RENOVATIONS!

After a ton of work, our OG renovations and equipment upgrades are officially COMPLETE! We are almost a decade into our Skowhegan location, and we've been patiently waiting to get this done for a few years!

We’ve made some major changes throughout the gym:

▪️ New rubber flooring
▪️ Fresh paint, mirrors & new branding
▪️ Redesigned lobby and stretching areas
▪️ Improved layout and use of space
▪️ Bigger TVs added
▪️ New dumbbells 5-150lbs
▪️ New kettlebells 5-80lbs
▪️ Added a P.L. Matrix Glute Drive & Seated Row
▪️ Upgraded Strength Circuit (w/ more pieces)
▪️ Upgraded Assisted Dip/Chin
▪️ Upgraded Smith Machine
▪️ Upgraded Cable Crossover
▪️ Added Hammer Strength Ab Crunch

Plus other additional equipment, weights and cardio upgrades throughout the gym!

We appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through the renovations, moved equipment, shut down sections of the gym, and put everything back together.

📢 NEW DUMBBELLS & KETTLEBELLS HAVE ARRIVED!

▪︎ Dumbbells from 5-150lbs
▪︎ Kettlebells from 5-80lbs!

🤝 For the first time, we’ve added a full set of 105-150lbs dumbbells in Skowhegan! Please be mindful when using the heavier dumbbells. Control them to the floor as much as possible and avoid unnecessary dropping. Dumbbells can and do break!

▪︎ Mackenzie has been such a valued member of our team, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to everything she does. She consistently demonstrates what it means to live out our core values.

▪︎ In her new role, Mackenzie will serve as an assistant to our CEO, while also working closely with our Executive Team, Facility Managers and staff across all locations. 💪 After releasing our Biddeford location shirts at grand opening, we heard from members all across our other communities asking for their home location..

🔥 We listened! First up: SKOWHEGAN + NEWPORT!

🙌 Each location is getting 48 shirts TOTAL, with various quantities in sizes Small–XXL. These are LIMITED RUNS and not sure if or when we will do these again!

📦 Making their way to the gyms THIS week! Be sure to keep an eye on our social media pages for arrival time!
