Last, but certainly not least! Reverse lunges-
• Both feet have to be in front of the rep line to start, each rep is counted once both feet meet back in front of the rep line.
• At no time can the RAM bar be in contact with the legs during repetitions.
• A RAM bar can be held in any position as long as it's above the waist. Most common is back racked, front racked, and side racked. (displayed in video)
• You may set down the ram bar in between reps, not mid rep.
