Complete a shuttle run, collecting cones and placing them in a bucket at each distance:

🔸 30 ft
🔸 36 ft

Must use a stop watch to record your time. Fastest time on the leaderboard at the end of the month wins! 🏆

No drawing this month—it’s all about speed. Grab those cones, hit the gas, and see where you stack up. 💨

We’re tracking total miles—walks or runs only. Each mile has to come from a dedicated session (no sneaky step-count padding 👀).

Daily movement doesn’t count, and neither do miles from gym workouts or WODs with running.
