Awwwwhhhh…the Labor Day weekend so bitter sweet for us always! While we love summer and the amazing vibes, we are happy to roll into unofficial fall with Labor Day weekend every year! So many beautiful faces coming back, and we get to hug and sweat with all the Dragons we missed all summer long!
Welcome back Dragon Fam! We cannot wait to sweat with you as the days get cooler and shorter…and oh boy do we have some new and fun things in store for each of you! Great things come to those willing to sweat, as strength is the will to endure!

New Policies in Place for the betterment of all and keeping the BDY Communities operating at an optimal level…please remember we learn the hard way and then create these policies, we do not want to make things difficult for anyone.

Please pre-register on the MINDBODY Scheduler via the app or our website before attending class. Walk in students attending class without being registered are subject to paying the current drop in rate…this provides efficiency in keeping your package current and prevents too many “I owe you’s” to the studio. It also allows us to better prepare the studio and classroom for the most optimal experience for you.

Also, if a student is running late, they may be permitted into class late IF AND ONLY IF the student is already pre-registered AND has texted and/or called to let us know they are running late. Students without paying for class may not come into class late. This way we can help the student enter seamlessly without disrupting the class or others.

Thank You for your cooperation in helping everyone from staff to students have the best experience.

Only a few of the photos and more to come from the majestic Vinicius, AKA Rainbow Mountain. We made it to 17,000 ft elevation…every step was challenging but we did it! Amazing job Drsgons from waking up at 3:30 am to making it to the vans for take off at 4:30 am to keeping great attitudes even with some altitude sickness…what an amazing group of humans we have! #17000

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND DRAGON FAM!
Full house of fun today with James! Sorry to those we had to turn away…there wasn’t anymore space! And…it was a totally amazing class! We always have fun, packed in jammed in, spread apart, doesn’t matter because dragons always find their wings and fly!

Please always remember to register before a class…remember we are back tomorrow starting at noon with Rosemary and back to regular schedule after that!

Haven’t been in before? Come check us.. we love it hot! You may not like the heat in the beginning but will learn to love it, the sweat, and your new dragon fam too!
