Women’s Only classes are back at Aftermath Oklahoma!

Ladies Jiu Jitsu starts at 6pm, every Tuesday. If you’ve always wondered what Jiu Jitsu is about, come by and see for yourself! Led by an experienced female competitor, Coach Brooke, these classes are friendly for everyone regardless of skill or fitness level.

Are you a mom that wants to check it out but you have a kid in tow? No worries, we got you covered! Bring your child (6yr+) and let them train in a class of their own at the same time!

Our new schedule starts today!

Aftermath Oklahoma offers kids and adults classes for BJJ, and striking classes for most ages. We are Combat Veteran founded, owned, and operated in Skiatook!

If you or your child are needing or wanting to learn practical martial arts grounded in fundamental self-defense, come check us out. We are a family gym located right off of Highway 20, with a climate controlled 4000sqft facility and 2200 sqft of mat space for you and your loved ones to learn safely.

Parents, if you want your kids in an athletic sport that teaches an actual, practical skillset, then Jiu Jitsu might be the thing for you. But don’t take my word for it, come by and see for yourself! Located on the west end of Skiatook on the 20, Aftermath Oklahoma is a climate controlled facility with 2200 sqft of mat space for kids and adults to hone their grappling and striking skills in a safe environment. We are Combat Veteran founded, owned, and operated, and offer discounts for Vets and 1st responders, with some discount options for families (3+ members) as well!!
