All levels welcome — work at your own pace.
A total‑body circuit class designed to fire up your Sunday with strength, stamina, and serious sweat. You’ll work through the room in designated station blocks, completing each station before progressing to the next trio — a format that keeps you moving with purpose while giving every muscle group its moment.

How It Flows:
Stations of Strength, cardio, and functional movement
Complete the block → rotate

Timed intervals so you can dial intensity up or down
Smart programming that hits total‑body strength + conditioning

We’re turning up the energy with Rhythm & Reps — now running Sunday, Monday, and Thursday with Jen!

All levels welcome — work at your own pace.
Get ready for a full‑body workout that hits every major muscle group. Using free weights and the beat of the music, Jen leads you through five sets to five heart‑pumping songs — each one packed with moves that keep your muscles wondering what they ever did to deserve this.

She’ll keep you moving, lifting, and breathing through the burn (and promise not to take it personally if you dislike her mid‑set). Stay on the beat, keep going, and hang in there when the song — and the fire — kicks in.

Join Jen Monday at 11:30 AM or Thursday at 5:30 PM for a full‑body strength workout that hits every major muscle group.

All levels welcome — work at your own pace and stay on the beat.
We’ll move through 5 sets to 5 songs, using free weights and rhythm to keep your muscles guessing (and maybe questioning their life choices).
Your instructor will cheer you on—even if you dislike her for a minute—while you lift, breathe, and push through the fire.
