Spring and summer have flown by, this was one of the tougher years of spring hunts in awhile, a very cold winter with lots of late snow kept our bears hibernating longer than usual, but we hunted hard and had another wonderful season overall. Summer finally peaked through: although a late appearance too with berries holding off well into mid July and Salmon runs behind schedule. Overall it’s been a wonderful spring and summer and we are looking forward to our upcoming Fall Black Bear and Brown Bear Season

Black Bear season was off to a slow start but we managed to get a couple of wolves and what an amazing hunt it was, Congrats Matt on an awesome couple of Wolves

We’re excited to announce that we have finally aligned schedules with our friend Billy Molls Billy Molls. He will be hosting a black bear hunt in 2027. This hunt booked up fast but we are trying to find some other dates to do another hosted hunt in the future, so keep an eye on his newsletter or our instagram page for that announcement. If you are looking to go on a boat based Brown Bear, Black Bear or Mountain Goat Hunt, feel free to reach out to us or Billy for more details on the hunts we provide and the experience you can expect. We are excited to collaborate with Billy and feel honored that he is able to take the time to come to Southeast Alaska to hunt bears with us

As we welcome a new year, we're filled with gratitude and humility, thinking about the journey that brought us here. We've faced struggles and made sacrifices, but it's all been worth it to give our 5 kids a unique upbringing that grounds them in what's truly important. With Mason graduating this spring and our oldest daughter following suit next year, it's hard to believe our babies are spreading their wings. We're holding them close, cherishing every moment, and trusting our faith to guide us through the ups and downs. We're grateful for the blessings in our lives, like being able to share our love for the outdoors with our children, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Our kids push us to be our best selves, and Dustin pours his heart into guiding, giving our clients unforgettable experiences. We're thankful for the abundance of love in our lives 💕
