If I'm not at the gym, you'll find me at the barn🤷‍♀️ Working on yourself sometimes means finding peace in your work. Feeling the calmness of horses always helps me slow down, while lifting weights helps me get excess emotion out. I believe everyone needs an outlet of some kind, and you just have to find what works for you.

If you listen close enough, horses will always have something to tell you. I personally, love getting the chance to get to know horses and their quirks. Beyond blessed I get to be around so many cool horses every day❤
