Cardio before your workout can help improve endurance and get your body primed, especially if your focus is heart health or stamina.

Cardio after lifting helps you maintain strength and muscle performance during your workout, while still improving cardiovascular fitness.

So no, there isn’t one ‘right’ answer,just what works best for YOU and your goals.
