Dear Gibraltar School District Voters,

In the upcoming election, on April 4th, we will be given the opportunity to vote ‘YES’ for the proposed Gibraltar School referendum. The original portion of our school was built in the 1930s and 50s. This referendum is crucial to update many outdated and in some cases potentially hazardous areas of the school our children use daily. There are plans to implement safety measures that will create a safer atmosphere for all the children, educators, and administration.

A few things we want to highlight:

The informational sessions at Gibraltar High School are an excellent way to get first-hand knowledge on the condition of our school. We encourage everyone to attend one of these meetings. The next meeting and tour is on March 15th at 6 pm.

If you will be out of town on April 4th election please plan to vote early or absentee if you will be out of town. In-person voting starts on Monday, March 21st and goes until Friday, March 31st depending on the hours of your local office. Please visit myvote.wi.gov to register and find early and absentee voting information.

We hope you find the attached information helpful. We appreciate your consideration in supporting this referendum. If you would like to get involved by volunteering and educating our community, please send an email to [email protected] for more information. You can also find more information about the referendum on the school website. https://www.gibraltar.k12.wi.us/domain/1465

We are also seeking campaign donations. These funds will be used to pay for newspaper ads, radio ads, yard signs, banners and other marketing materials. Please consider a donation to help ensure our campaign is successful so our children can have a safer, healthier school environment. Even a small donation of $20 will make a difference! If you would like to make a campaign donation, please mail checks to:
Because The Gibraltar Kids Matter
