Single arm lat pull downs have quickly become one of my favorite exercises.

I switched it up today and went to a Pilates class instead of my regular weightlifting. I can tell Pilates works my muscles differently, it’s a lot harder than it looks.

Cable squats 🍑
I did 1 minute of cable squats, 30 second rest, and then 1 minute of lunge jumps.

I love using this extension on the cable machine to work my biceps. I start with 5 narrow curls, then 5 standard curls, and last 5 wide curls.
Next set I’ll start with the wide curls and work backwards to the narrow curls. 💪🏻
