What an incredible weekend for Midwest Aerial Athletics at the USAAO Regional Qualifier in Houston, Texas! 🇺🇸✨

We are beyond proud to share that every MAA athlete earned a score of 115 or higher, demonstrating the hard work, dedication, and resilience they bring to training every day.

Even more exciting, FOUR of our athletes officially qualified for the World Championships in Aruba this August, where they will have the honor of representing Team USA! 🌴🏅🇺🇸

Beyond the results, one of the best parts of this experience was connecting with so many talented athletes, coaches, and studios from across the country. The aerial community is truly something special, and we are grateful for the friendships, inspiration, and memories made throughout the weekend.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re also looking ahead with excitement! Midwest Aerial Athletics is proud to host the next USAAO Regional Qualifier in Sioux Falls on November 6–8. This event will offer both the USAAO Code of Points track and the Traditional Artistic track, providing opportunities for athletes of all backgrounds and competitive goals to participate in a format that best fits their individual journey.

Thank you to USAAO, the judges, volunteers, fellow competitors, and all the families who support these athletes every step of the way. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season holds!

We believe if you’re going to condition, you might as well have fun doing it! This month’s workshop with Coach Cariss focuses on intentional strength training and building progressive steps toward your goals—all while increasing mobility and having a blast.

Whether you’re working toward a specific skill or looking to build a stronger foundation, this workshop will help you train smarter, gain confidence, and make meaningful progress in a supportive environment.

We had an incredible day at Flow Fest sharing the joy of aerial arts with so many movement enthusiasts and community leaders from across the Sioux Falls area.

Our students had the opportunity to showcase their hard work through live performances, and we loved welcoming so many first-time flyers to the silks! Seeing participants step outside their comfort zones, discover new skills, and experience the excitement of aerial movement was truly inspiring.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, cheered on our performers, and gave aerial a try. We look forward to continuing to grow and connect with the vibrant movement community here in Sioux Falls!
