Thank you to everyone who joined us in Knoxville this weekend. It was a true honor to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, seeing so many familiar faces make the trip to to join us in celebrating meant more to me than I can put into words. This honor may have my name on it, but it belongs to so many people. Racing has never been a one-person effort, and there is no #40 team without every one of you. Whether you turned wrenches in the shop, helped at the track, sponsored us, cheered from the grandstands, traveled countless miles, or simply believed in what we were doing—you’ve all played a part in this journey.
I have been incredibly fortunate to race alongside and be surrounded by some of the best people anyone could ask for. The friendships, memories, and experiences we’ve shared over the years are something I’ll always treasure. Thank you for your continued support! This recognition is as much yours as it is mine, and I will always be grateful for every person who has been part of this incredible ride.
The only thing missing from such a special weekend was being able to reminisce with Doug Clark. Doug was more than a racing friend—he was a close family friend for many years, and his presence was deeply missed. We continue to keep Justin and the entire Clark family in our thoughts and prayers.
