The very first staff spotlight goes to our incredibly beloved Alesia! The Jar is the place you know and love because of her heart and dedication for the sport of pickleball and building community around it. You will find her behind the front desk or often on the courts - always with a smile on her face.

In her own words, "I love everything about The Jar. The people, the staff, the game, the environment. I love helping with learn-to-play classes and sharing the excitement of learning the game. I love the great people I work with. I love being able to ambassador and play in leagues. I have a heart for people and pickleball. It's a perfect mix for me."

Players register individually for the draft and are selected by team captains based on skill level, team balance, and overall fit.

No DUPR cap - BUT no active pros�

�The draft entry window closes Monday, September 14 at midnight, with the live draft taking place Tuesday, September 15.
