It’s taken me almost 4 weeks to finally make a year-end post. was home to athletes from 8 different schools, including Sioux Falls Christian Powerlifting Team. We had 20 athletes finish in the top 5 with 9 state champions.

Success on the platform is great but the overall goal… grow & develop lifters, athletes, and students regardless of school affiliations.

The mission of pouring into those willing to learn, developing those participating in other sports while increasing confidence in those who need it, reducing ego lifting, and progressing each athlete.

Thank you members for being tolerant of this larger group, these growing pains will be addressed so we can avoid them in the future. Thank you families for trusting us with the process. .

Lifting kicks off at 9:30 AM sharp on November 22nd. Come watch some of the strongest athletes in the region throw down massive squats, benches, and deadlifts!!

Spectators are 100% welcome (and highly encouraged)!

Liberty Barbell celebrated its 4th Anniversary yesterday by Coaching 20+ athletes at the SD High School State A Powerlifting Championships. Some highlights include:
• SF Christian Boys Team State Championship
• Borke 11 State HS records.
• 4 individual State titles
• 8 individual Runner-Up State titles
• 2 third-place finishers.

You bet we have a powerlifting base during the season; however, we progress to more speed lifts and development AFTER Athletes are strong enough.
