100 classes strong — and she’s just getting started. 💪
Help us celebrate Jodi, one of our 5:15am regulars who just hit her 100-class milestone at Victress! Her consistency, positivity, and strength inspire everyone around her — both in and out of the gym.

Favorite lift/movement:
Lower body-focused exercises, especially back squats.
Typical class time:
5:15am (we see you, early riser crew!)
Best tip for staying consistent:
“Book classes in advance and find other ladies to keep you accountable.”
Advice for someone attending their first Victress class:
“Listen to your body, give yourself grace, and have fun! Don’t forget your water — and refuel post-workout with protein and carbs.”
Favorite Victress memory:
“Finally being able to complete an unassisted chin-up!”
