How do you stay motivated in the gym?
I am a local/Midwest Professional Wrestler, I perform like you would see on WWE of AEW, so a lot of my motivation stems from continuously wanting to improve in my endurance, strength, and overall health.
Do you have a plan for tackling challenges that might keep you from making it to the gym?
Yes! I always have a back up plan wether it’s changing the type of work out I had planned or changing up the time I get it done, as lucky as I am with the flexibility of our gym to have that capability.
What role does mindset play in your approach to fitness?
It plays a huge part! Making sure to approach all obstacles with a positive attitude, even on tough days, makes the process and outcome of the hard work so rewarding. Plus the positive vibes from our gym help a ton towards that motivation!
How do you balance gym time with other responsibilities in life?
I use a digital scheduler to ensure that I hit everything I need to in a day. With being a professional wrestler comes a lot of travel throughout the Midwest on weekends as well working full time M-F so for me, I find it easiest to keep myself motivated by crossing off my main goals of each day.
