⭐ Meet Coach Alyssia aka Coach Gib!

⭐ What do you coach?
"I can coach about any class in the gym at this point. Currently I am coaching all things cheer, tumbling, and acrobatics at Power & Grace. I coach tons of private lessons as well, from gymnasts, to cheerleaders, to dancers, you name it!"

⭐ Why do you coach?
"I coach because I love helping kids achieve their goals, whether it's learning a cartwheel or mastering a skill they've worked on for months. Watching their confidence grow alongside their abilities is what makes coaching so meaningful."

⭐ Favorite gymnastics skill to teach:
🤸 Backhandspring or back tuck. "I feel like once the kids master the backhandspring, it opens the door to gaining even more tumbling skills."

⭐ Favorite color:
💙🐆🖤 cheetah print, glitter, blue, black, and gold

⭐ Fun Fact:
💭"This year is my 20th year of coaching cheerleading and tumbling and is my 16th year with Power & Grace!"

⭐ If you could watch only one TV show for the rest of your life what would it be?
📺 "That's hard! I've watched Boy Meets World and Modern Family more times than I would like to admit. But maybe not as many hours as I've spent watching Bravo reality shows."

Over 8 weeks, athletes will learn cheer fundamentals including jumps, motions, beginner stunts, and teamwork skills—all while building confidence and making new friends. 💙✨

🦁🐘🐵 Welcome to the Jungle! 🐵🐘🦁

Our preschool gym has transformed into a wild adventure this week! Little explorers will climb, jump, balance, and swing through jungle-themed activities while developing important gymnastics skills and having tons of fun.
