And it's not that I had no support; I did, but before becoming a mom I didn't realize how much support it took!

I also hadn't really had to ask people for specific help before so that is a thing I have learned and help families do as well! It turns out people can't read our minds?!

We got rain finally!

This means mushrooms are growing.

I took advantage of the opportunity and slowed my mind down by really staying present and looking for mushrooms.

Practicing mindfulness can be that easy.

We can be so hard on ourselves because we know what we are capable of but just because we can doesn't mean we have to.

We can take off some of the load.

We can take longer than we are capable if.

We don't have to always to be our most optimized self.
