THE NEXT GENERATION 🏈

Bandits Legend Fred Jackson may have retired from the game, but the legacy he built both here in Sioux City and in Buffalo lives on.

After leaving his mark on the Bandits, Fred went on to become the third-leading rusher in Buffalo Bills history, cementing himself as one of the greats to ever wear the red, white and blue.

Now, it’s time for the next generation of Jackson to take the reins.

Fred’s son, Braeden Jackson, is a running back for the Iowa Hawkeyes, and we can’t wait to watch him rise through the ranks at Kinnick and see what kind of legacy he creates for himself.

One generation left its mark.
Now it’s Braeden’s turn.

The Sioux City Bandits join the Siouxland Community in mourning the loss of Charlie Stone. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the KSCJ Family.

Today, we are heartbroken to announce that Siouxland has lost a truly special voice..

It’s hard to put into words what Charlie Stone meant to so many people. For years, Charlie wasn’t just a voice coming through the radio speakers — he was a familiar friend, a storyteller, a personality, and a part of everyday life in Siouxland.

Charlie had a way of making an impact wherever he went. Whether you knew him through his work on the air, through the countless conversations he had with listeners, or simply as a familiar face around the community, you knew Charlie cared about people. He cared about Siouxland, and he cared about the radio station and the people who made it home.

His voice became part of the soundtrack of so many lives. His stories, his humor, his personality, and the moments he shared with listeners created memories that will stay with us for years to come.

For those of us who had the privilege of working alongside Charlie, we will miss so much more than hearing him behind the microphone. We’ll miss his presence, his stories, his laughter, and simply knowing Charlie was there.

Charlie, thank you for sharing your voice, your heart, and so much of yourself with Siouxland. Your voice may be quiet now, but the impact you made will continue to be heard.

Rest peacefully, Charlie. You were deeply loved, you will be incredibly missed, and you will never be forgotten. ❤️🎙️🕊️

Over the previous week, NAL teams have been busy building their rosters through free agency.

Behind the scenes, the league has been building too.

As the National Arena League prepares for Season X, we're continuing to strengthen the team behind the game bringing back key members of our league staff while adding new people and new positions focused on the continued growth of the NAL.

Over the coming days, we'll introduce you to the team helping lead the NAL into Season X.

The teams are building. The league is building. Season X is taking shape.

Welcome back home to Bandits Nation, Jadon Johnson! We’re excited to officially welcome Jadon back for the 2027 season!

Jadon made his presence felt last season, finishing with:

🔥 5 Touchdowns

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Jadon is an incredible athlete who made some absolutely unreal grabs last season — hauling in passes that very few receivers in this league could make.
