We are Sioux City's longest-standing martial arts club. We teach competition-style judo to men and women, boys and girls (age 5 and up). Our class is for recreational players and competitors alike. You don't have to compete to be a part of our club, you just need a desire to learn this amazing sport. Head instructor, Karen Mackey, (6th Degree black belt) competed at a national and international le
vel for nearly 2 decades. During her carrier, she won 23 medals in national and international competitions, making her the most highly decorated combative arts competitor to come out of Sioux City. Other black belts associated with our club are:

Our black belts have over 150 years experience. We have produced 15 national champions plus 31 silver or bronze medalists in national or international competitions. Class Fees: $35 per month. Additional family members are $20/ month (Maximum Family Fees: $75 per month)
Parents "fly" free!!! If a child is a dues paying student, a parent can take class with them for free. Scholarships available!
