It appears the rain may completely miss us. We are planning to stay with the 9 o’clock shotgun start this morning.

Happy Father’s Day everyone. It is 7:00am and the Staff and I are monitoring the weather this morning. It appears likely than rain will be a problem this morning. It is very possible we will delay the 9:00 AM Shotgun to early afternoon. Once a decision is made, another Face Book post will be made.

Congratulations to longtime employee and friend of Green Valley and Floyd Park golf courses, Robbie Neswick, for winning his first Green Valley Club Championship. It has been a pretty good week for Robbie and Kristen. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL Lyla born on Tuesday. All of the Green Valley faithful are so happy for you and your beautiful family!

Congratulations as well to Dan Norton for winning the Green Valley Senior Club Championship in his first year of eligibility.

Green Valley will allow carts today (Saturday May 23rd), but we ask for everyone to drive on cart paths when available and keep the carts in the rough as much as possible. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!

Due to extremely wet course conditions, Saturday morning May 23rd tee times will most likely be walking only (No Carts). We will be assessing the course conditions starting at 7am to see when carts will be available.

Congratulations to our 2026 Tri-State Masters Senior Champion Josh Wendling! In dramatic fashion, Josh birdied the last 2 holes to overtake Dan Norton in the 3 day 54 hole championship. Congrats also to Sam Prue (+3) on 3rd place and Todd Sapp (+5) on 4th place.

Congratulations to our 2026 Tri-State Masters Champion Corey Matthey! Corey shot an outstanding total of 11 under par for 3 days holding off another fellow Morningside University standout, Sam Storey, by 1 shot. Also just a few shots back were Ryan Kinseth (-9) and Tanner Haeberle (-8). Congrats to all 4 of you on your spectacular play.
