That’s a wrap on Week 3 at SportsCenter of Connecticut and our final week of HANE ELITE Summer Camps in Shelton!

Another great group of players finished the summer working hard, competing, building confidence, and continuing their development with HANE.

Throughout our three weeks in Shelton, it was rewarding to see so many returning HANE players continue building on their skills while also welcoming many new players and families to our training model.

In this progression, players are working on the foundation of the cross-under, first becoming comfortable with the inside edge push while keeping full steel connected to the ice.

Final week of the 2026 HANE ELITE Summer Camps!

Today's focus: Puck Control Development

In this progression, players are working through a Figure 8 pattern, focusing on getting wide with the puck and building confidence with pulls on both their forehand and backhand sides.

It's a simple setup with countless quality repetitions.

Players first learn the pattern and focus on the details. Once they become comfortable, we increase the speed and challenge them to maintain the same puck control while moving faster.

🏒 HANE FALL CLINICS | AMELIA PARK ARENA 🏒

Summer development may be coming to an end, but the work continues this fall.

HANE is excited to announce our 2026 Fall Power Skating & Puck Control Clinics at Amelia Park Arena in Westfield, MA!

Join us every Wednesday night throughout September and October for 8 weeks of high-rep, high-tempo development designed to help players get back to game speed, build confidence, and continue developing within the HANE training model.

⛳ HANE | 2ND ANNUAL AMELIA PARK OPEN 🏒

The HANE coaching staff was excited to participate in the 2nd Annual Amelia Park Open Golf Tournament at Tekoa Country Club!

After spending another summer on the ice at Amelia Park Arena, it was great to get the coaching staff together off the ice and support an event benefiting a facility and hockey community that continues to be an important part of HANE.

Most importantly… we improved our score from last year! ⛳👏

Development never stops—even on the golf course.

Thank you to Amelia Park Arena and everyone involved in organizing another great event. We appreciate the opportunity to participate and support Amelia Park.

In this progression, two players are working on inside edge control, building confidence through smooth, controlled movement.
