An end of an era for our Simpsonville Gymnastics girls team. They wore their navy leotard and represented Simpsonville Gymnastics for the last time at the 2025 Xcel Regional Championships.....and they represented well. We can't begin to express how proud we are of each of them. Their successes aren't stopping here and we are so excited to now officially be apart of the Greenville Gymnastics family.

Please say a special congratulations to those that medaled at regionals, which is composed of the top athletes from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Izzy started Regional Weekend 1 of 2 for our girls team off strong. Regionals is composed of the top athletes from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina & Tennessee. She placed 6th on Vault and 8th on Beam. Another Regional Championships in the books! Tough weekend of competing, but these guys worked super hard this season and managed to qualify to National Championships! Level 6JE was a tall order for our 10 year olds but it has given them a solid foundation! Congratulations to David who took gold on Pommel horse and Seth with the silver medal on Parallel bars. 🥇🥈

These girls SHOWED UP this weekend at the 2025 Level 6, Xcel Silver & Platinum State Championships!! This season has had its obstacles. These girls had to move gym locations, learn a new practice layout, new equipment and new faces at times. Greenville Gymnastics, you have been nothing but welcoming to us, and we are excited for our future with you.

Our Senior, Miss Brooke Crockett, it is bittersweet that your gymnastics career wrapped up this past weekend. You are loved by so many, and bring joy and laughter into any room you enter. You are a role model to all the girls and beyond talented in gymnastics and the several other sports you do. We are so excited to watch your success at Anderson University for the next four years.

🏆 The Xcel Platinum Team took home 8th place out of 24 teams

~ 2025 Regional Qualifiers ~

My (Coach Alex) heart is SO full. When I got to tell these girls they made regionals, it made all the obstacles, all the hard times and long days worth it. It was the first year that all these girls competed at this level. These girls did not just barely qualify or sneak in at the very end, they QUALIFIED with ease.

There were 175 level six athletes that competed and the regional allotment was the top 44. Our Izzy placed 34th out of 175 will compete in Knoxville, TN at the end of April.

There were 135 Xcel Platinum athletes that competed and the regional allotment was the top 72. Anabella placed 23rd out of 135, Lily placed 35th out of 135 and Rylie placed 43rd out of 135. These girls will compete in GA in May.

Congratulations to these ladies that wrapped up their season on such a high note! We are so proud of all of them, and how they handled any obstacles this season with such grace. Their growth from the beginning of the season to now has been something special to watch & be apart of. It might be the end of Simpsonville Gymnastics, but it is certainly not the last you've of them and their successes. We can't wait to see what they do in the future!

What a great experience these girls had this weekend at the 2025 Charleston Cup. These girls competed against teams from twenty-three other states and had the opportunity to try and qualify to event finals. A special congratulations to those who placed in the top five of their division:
