Good afternoon All.
My fall speed training schedule is now available for those looking to improve their speed and overall athleticism. Speed classes will begin on August 14th and continue through the month of December at 6:00 pm followed by another class at 7:00 pm during the week.
I will focus on the “drive” phase then transition over to the “acceleration” phase, combining speed mechanics and form training over the course of three months to achieve the goal of improved speed and strength that will translate to your current sport(s).
All athletes must attend a minimum of one session per week but are strongly encouraged to attend two sessions per week for maximum benefit.
Session fees are due at the time of sign-up or 72 hours before the session to retain your spot
I will not entertain laziness or excuses from the athlete or parent(s).
Students must:
Arrive 5 minutes early with sneakers tied and ready to go. No slides, crocs, slippers, or cleats on when entering.
Phones are put away.
Bring water.
Be prepared to listen, learn, and demonstrate.
Be able to provide me with insight into your training goal(s) and future plans.

Future update.
I’m in discussion with Clay Jones and Mason Edwards at the Vault in Simpsonville. We will be joining forces in the near future to provide a better service for the athletes in Greenville and the surrounding counties. A few of you have contacted me about this and I want to share with everyone so that we are all in the loop. I’ll keep you posted on a transition date.
I appreciate you all and your continued support.
