We are starting to get lots of inquiries about swim lessons!
My daughters and I will be doing swim lessons again this summer. I will also be offering Mommy and Me (or Daddy) classes for littles 3 and under!
Elizabeth, Mary and myself have over 45 years experience of teaching all levels of lessons…from learn to swim and water safety to advanced level stroke technique.
Let us know…sooner rather than later…if you are interested in swim lessons or group Mommy and Me lessons as we always fill up!

Had so much fun with my Mommy-and-Me groups this summer!!
We learned lots of important safety tips and pool/water skills!

Be on the lookout!! Next year we are looking to do next-step classes! Groups lessons for 3’s and 4’s!!!

Headed to the beach? Make sure you are informed about one of the biggest dangers…rip currents.

When swimming in large bodies of water like the Great Lakes or ocean beaches... be aware of the dangers of Rip Currents!

According to the National Ocean Service, "Lifeguards rescue tens of thousands of people from rip currents in the U.S. every year, but it is estimated that 100 people are killed by rip currents annually. If caught in a rip current, don't fight it! Swim parallel to the shore and swim back to land at an angle."

HOT WEATHER SAFETY TIPS:

☁️ STAY COOL. Find shade and minimize sun exposure.

👚 DRESS APPROPRIATELY. Wear loose-fitting, sun-protecting clothing.

💧 HYDRATE. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid sugery drinks and alcohol.

🚩 KNOW THE SIGNS OF HEAT STROKE.
