Hi all. listen carefully as some of our options have changed....

Welcome to June and our summer schedule. First, we started gi top optional last week. Reminder to wear an appropriate t-shirt. No sleeveless, spaghetti straps, or inappropriate sayings or slogans please. No Limits t-shirts are encouraged.

And, we're trying something new for summer. Below is the new schedule for Tuesdays. All other days remain the same.

Tuesday modified schedule:
5:45 to 6:15pm Weapons
6:20 to 6:45pm Lower Belt Curriculum
6:50 to 7:25pm Middle/ Upper Belt Curriculum
7:30 to 8:15pm Fitness

Again, everyone welcome for all classes like normal, but the focus will be on the noted curriculum and the upper belt NON-INSTRUCTORS will be expected to teach a large part of the Lower belt curriculum class.

Sensei= one who came before. It's our upper belts time to shine...
