Hello all! Due to life events, I took off time from teaching for the second half of 2024, but now I'm back!

I am currently teaching through Aradia in Cary, NC. A place where I have taken on the hobby of Aerial Silks classes during my hiatus from teaching.

You can sign up for the livestream or in-person version of the classes. Some additional benefits that Aradia offers that I can't on my own are (1) that the video of each livestream is accessible for 24 hours after the class happens and (2) you also have access to other classes/formats from other instructors.

To join, simply visit their page, go to the schedule and click the class you want to sign up for. If this is your first time, then you'll be prompted to set up a ScheduleHouse account. Once that is setup, you'll be able to sign up for classes, though I recommend downloading the ScheduleHouse app to make signing up for future classes much easier.

All virtual classes are $5 per class or $30 for the whole month (payable via PayPal or Venmo, but PayPal preferred). All participants are welcome to attend livestreams of virtual classes at No Limits Martial Arts for no extra charge.

Special Event:
This month is also Alzheimer's Awareness month, so on the Longest Day (6/21), I will have a multi-format virtual fitness class. The class is free with a proof of donation to the cause! You can donate at the team page below:

Come join me this month to try STRONG by Zumba for FREE! You can join virtually or via the livestream at No Limits Martial Arts.

All other virtual classes not marked as "FREE" are $5 per class (or $15 for the full month). If you want, you can attend livestreams for all virtual classes at No Limits Martial Arts.
