❤️We need to remember to give props to ourselves and count the WINS every. Single. Day.

🔥Today I’m freshening up my Facebook Ads. I hate filming these vids because people can be so cruel.

🙄Some comments from my Ads (complete strangers):

“Is this a 12-Week Challenge for Ugly? If I wanted to be ugly do I join the challenge?”

“Do you really think you’re in shape enough to be advertising this?”

😎But then i remember, these Ads have next-leveled my gym and have let me continue to live my purpose of inspiring people to live their best and healthiest life.

🌺 I just turned 45. I own a successful business, co-founded and co-run non-profit, volunteer, take care of my three rescue dogs, have a beautiful (small) circle of peeps, help to change people’s lives and LIVE MY PURPOSE.

I am a very lucky, middle-aged, out-of-shape, ugly being who is fu***ng WINNING.

And my dog is obsessed with me 🤣🤣
