Payton 14u firebirds. Payton been working hard on the dropball these last couple weeks. This here is a drill we do to help with it. Fastball bounce really gets that pronation going.

Ariela 9u Havoc. This little lady is ready for spring to kick off. Here she is showing a drill I do with almost all my pitchers. This is a great drill for helping with front side resistance and really stretching them muscles.
