We have been fielding questions from out football and cheer families regarding the upcoming season. We are still planning on having a season this fall as of this moment. We aren’t really sure what that would look like at this point.

There are many conversations we need to have with the league and our board to come to a final decision. At this time we are delaying the sign up process until there is further clarification from Gov. Brown. We are waiting on OSAA to say what we can or can’t do and even if there will be school in September. Please be patient with us as we await the decisions and as soon as we have information we will have communication go out!!

It was a very tough and hard to swallow ending for an otherwise great season for your 8th grade varsity squad. There were some circumstances that were outside of our control but these boys battled each and every week and made a deep playoff run!!! Not bad for the only 5A school in our league, possibly a team that everyone else looked at as an automatic W on their schedule. As a parent and a fan, I am proud of these boys and look forward to their HS careers. I would have loved to have had a pic at the end of the game with all of the boys, coaches and parents but unfortunately, there was no light. Until another day Foxes, Battle on 3, 1-2-3 Battle!!!!!! 🖤💪🏼🦊🏈🧡.

PS, I want to give a special shout out to the cheer group. These ladies have been road warriors all season long and have been nothing but supportive to our boys. Great group of girls and check out the awesome banner they made for our boys to run through!!!
