Yoga at the Cake! 🧁🙏Starting 2/18!
Join us Wednesdays 1-2 pm for Yoga led by instructor Brittany Taylor.
This class will be a restorative yoga flow that will stretch, balance, and relax the body. This practice is a perfect complement to your training sessions or as a midweek treat for your mind and body.
Beginners are welcome and highly encouraged to attend. Must be able to easily get up and down off the ground to standing.
