💡The simple answer is that there really isn’t a “ Best way “ . Sorry to disappoint you , no secret here🤪
▪️ Let’s be honest, me , you and many others, we want a specific diet or exercise to get rid of fat from different areas of the body. Whether it’s the Keto diet, the zone diet , Paleo diet , we pretty much chase after the one that gets the most heat or the one our friend/coworker did last week . Am I right or am I right? With so many diets out there do you really think 1 is the holy grail to all of our problems? HECK NOOO ❗️
