Fit Tip Friday-
Did you know? Doing intense interval workouts that involve raising the heart rate (above threshold) and then recovering can increase metabolism.
Focus on getting your heart rate up doing intervals and push yourself a little harder!
Good to incorporate it in 3 days a week. It would not be good on back to back day.
Like M,W,F and on T,Th,S do a steady walk. I do have a HIIT treadmill workout I have used.
