Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun! This high-energy dance fitness class combines easy-to-follow dance choreography with heart-pumping cardio to create a full-body workout that doesn't feel like exercise…more like a night club! Set to today's hottest hits and favorite throwback songs, each 45-minute class is designed to boost your energy, improve endurance, and leave you feeling stronger and more confident…reviving your rhythm!! 🙌🏼

🚌 Some of our dancers have already started their school year, while others are getting ready to head back this week!

✏️Whether your first day has come and gone or it’s still ahead, we’re wishing ALL of our dancers and families an amazing school year!

💕We hope it’s filled with new friendships, exciting opportunities, lots of learning, and plenty of reasons to smile!

🫧 We had so much fun!! Thank you to all the dancers and dance families for joining us!!

⭐️ Super huge shout out to Ellie’s parents, Joe and Jennah, for volunteering their tractor and trailer!! YOU made this happen, and we appreciate you!!
