Here’s a little shoulders and balance work I did yesterday. I like challenging myself like this every now and then—it helps keep both my toes. 😁
This was even more challenging because I did it after my leg workout, which was a little crazy.
The first part is your standard alternating shoulder press. The second part is where it really gets tough, because I’m pressing outward to the side, which forces me to really try to control my balance and stay locked in.
Sometimes the goal isn’t just about strength. It’s about stability, control, and not breaking a hip playing soccer with my son. Ha!
