Hello Everyone My name is Jonathan. I am the Assistant Manager of the La fitness at 2219 Bel Pre Rd Silver Spring Maryland. We provide a range of cardio equipment and machines. We have a BasketBall Court, Pool, with plenty of benches, squat machines. We also have classes you can drop into such as Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, HITT workouts and more. Make sure to come check us out we offer 3 day passes to try out the gym. Just walk in and ask for Jonathan and I will be able to give you a tour of the gym. We also have some of the lowest rates out of all gyms in Maryland as well with no contract
