RA Athletics, is a sprint and jumps training group based in the Washington Metropolitan Area, offering comprehensive athletic training specific to the disciplines of sprinting and jump for athletes’ at all developmental levels. ghout the year that are designed to progress athletes toward faster times and longer, higher jumps. The main focus for each session will vary based on the time of year. FALL PROGRAM - GENERAL PREPARATION
August – September – October – November
Training focus is on speed, strength, and explosive power to help gain a better base of skills for sprinting and jumping. WINTER PROGRAM – SPECIFIC PREPARATION
December – January – February – March
Training focus is on speed, agility, power, and event specific technic to supplement athletes high school programs that may not have the time to fully develop the specific disciplines needed to produce faster sprinters and better jumpers. SPRING PROGRAM – COMPETITION PREPARATION
April – May – June
