With our large canoe fleet, we can easily accommodate large groups though we do recommend making reservations if you need more than 10 canoes. We still have a few spots left for this weekend’s Hidden Waterfall Adventure — and if Burgess Falls has been sitting on your Tennessee bucket list, this is the weekend to do it.

Paddle across Center Hill Lake, explore one of Tennessee’s most iconic waterfalls from the water, and get a view of Burgess Falls that you simply can’t get from the overlook. 🛶

There is currently a short hike involved in reaching the falls, but trust us — the view at the end is worth it. 😍

Spots are limited and future Burgess Falls trips this season are not guaranteed.

Captain's Log #312: A customer stepped into the Caney Fork wearing flip-flops and made a sound usually reserved for stepping on a Lego.

Nashville was 97 last week. The Caney Fork is spring-fed and sitting around 60.

That is a 37-degree difference between the parking lot and the put-in. Your feet will file a complaint. Your brain will thank you by mile two.

This window only works in June and July. In October the river will not save you from anything except maybe a meeting.

Bring the cousins. Bring the friend who keeps saying "it's too hot to do anything." That is the entire point. 🛶
